8 Questions to ask a lender
One of the first things I always tell my buyers is to call a trusted lender before we even start the process of searching for homes. Most lenders only need a few minutes of your time to start the process - it sounds more daunting than it is. Ask your realtor or close friends if they have any lenders they recommend and do a little research on each lender you call. What are all of the costs associated with this loan?
